Balance Loft irodaház

 

 Az 1921-ben épült Váci úti épület az Orion Gyárnak, majd 1951-től az Ampullagyárnak adott otthont. A 80-as évektől többször felújították és irodaházzá alakították át a tereit. A mostani felújítás megszabadítja a volt ipari épület belső tereit a sötét és zárt közlekedőitől valamint a feleslegesen nyomott álmennyezetes tereitől. Az új, nagyterű kialakítás már a 20-as évek filigrán látszó vasbeton gerendás szerkezetével, szokatlan belmagasságával és korszerű gépészettel együtt biztosítják a hatékony munkavégzés tereit.

 

Balance Loft office building

 

Built in 1921, the building located on Váci út originally belonged to the Orion Factory, followed by the Ampoule Factory starting in 1951. From the 1980s, it underwent several renovations and was transformed into an office building. By removing the dark interior corridors and suspended ceilings superfluously compressing the space, the current renovation liberates the interior. The open space arrangement, subtle detail of the original 1920s reinforced concrete beams, unusual interior height and progressive engineering system all contribute to the creation of an efficient workspace.
